Hi there! I’m Sarah.

I’m a mama to three little ones. Wife to a very supportive husband. Follower of Christ. I am a health and fitness coach, and own my own photography business. I love running and leading as organic of a life as possible.

I started this blog because I get so many questions concerning what I feed my family while catering to our many food allergies, how to fit in workouts while having three littles, and questions on parenting.

I love sharing what works for me and my family. I’m constantly tweaking things along the way and striving to find the best balance for our family, and this is a bit of a journal for me to look back on.
